In the SQL Server Programmer's Toolkit Setup program, there is a step where
the user can choose one or more installation options, such as DB-Library
development libraries. If the color palette is not set to 256 colors,
options are not displayed properly, and when the user continues with the
setup, PTK Setup stops responding at the "File copy in progress" window.
The user cannot exit from Setup by canceling the program; he or she must
end the task.
