INF: ODS Gateway Sample Application Does Not Support BCP

The SQL Server Programmer's Toolkit includes support for generating Open Data Services (ODS) applications. The Programmer's Toolkit also provides several example applications. The sample application called Gateway provides a passthrough to SQL Server using ODS and DB-Library API calls. The Gateway sample application does not support the Bulk Copy Program (BCP) or the DB-Library BCP API calls to SQL Server.
