BUG #: 18539 (SQLBUG_65) SYMPTOMSWhen you run Setup.exe for the SQL Server Service Pack 5 (SP5) on a client computer, the updated Sqlgui32.dll file is not installed. This file includes a fix for SQL Enterprise Manager that allows a task or backup to be scheduled for February 29, 2000. This problem only occurs when installing SP5 on a client computer. When SP5 is installed on a SQL Server, the file installs correctly. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, copy the updated Sqlgui32.dll file (468,480 bytes, dated 8/25/1998) from the SP5 installation directory to the Mssql\Binn directory on the client computer. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SQL Server
version 6.5. This problem has been corrected in U.S. Service Pack Service Pack 5a
for Microsoft SQL Server version 6.5. For information about
