SYMPTOMS

If you use Enterprise Manager to link an OLAP Services 7.0 server to a SQL Server 7.0 server and then you click Tables, under the created linked server folder, an error occurs. If the SQL Server is running under the local system account, the following message displays:

Initialization of the dynamic link library C:\WINNT\system32\USER32.dll failed.
The process is terminating abnormally.
When SQL Server is not running under the local system account, the following message appears:
Error 7302: Could not create an instance of OLE DB provider 'MSOLAP'.
