BUG: SEM May AV When Changing the Size of a Pane in Design View

SYMPTOMS

SQL Server Enterprise Manager creates a Dr. Watson application error when you move the mouse cursor to a pane sizer bar in Design View, left-click and hold down the left mouse button, then right-click the mouse button. The following message may display in the Dr. Watson dialog box:

An application error has occurred
and an application error log is being generated.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SQL Server version 7.0.

MORE INFORMATION

This Dr. Watson error disappears after a short time.
