BUG# 8140 (4.2) SYMPTOMS
When attempting to use the Visual Basic Library for SQL Server
(VBSQL)SQLCursorFetch function, the following error message is generated
for each row being fetched:
CAUSEThis error message is generated upon a call to SQLCursorFetch when the table has a unique clustered composite index. This happens with either Dynamic (CURFORWARD) or Static (CURDYNAMIC) cursors when the concurrency control is set to CURLOCKCC. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft Visual Basic Library for SQL Server (VBSQL) version 4.2.
