Sometimes during initial setup stages of a LAN Manager server, the
Administrator changes the ADMIN password and then forgets it. If there is
no other user name with Administrator privileges, the NET.ACC must be
replaced; this returns the client to the state wherein the Administrator
account password is set to PASSWORD and no other user names exist.
