SYMPTOMSWhen Microsoft OS/2 Setup prompts you to insert the System Support Disk and you insert the disk labeled Microsoft OS/2 System Support Disk, the computer beeps and prompts you again to insert the disk. CAUSESome Microsoft LAN Manager Server packages include mislabeled disks for the System Support Disk and the Presentation Manager Device Driver Disk 2. RESOLUTIONTo correct this problem, insert the Microsoft OS/2 Presentation Manager Device Driver Disk 2. MORE INFORMATIONIn order to identify the correct disk, view the volume labels of the disks. The volume label for the System Support Disk is SUPPORT, and the volume label for the Presentation Manager Device Driver Disk 2 is OS2 PMDD 2. Additional query words: prodlm 2.20
