XADM: Perfwiz with -r Option Runs in Read-Only Mode

SUMMARY

When you run Performance Wizard (Perfwiz) with the -r option, Perfwiz runs in a read-only mode.

When run in this mode, Perfwiz will:

  • Not stop the services.


  • Not test the disk drives.


  • Show in a read-only manner where the logs/databases are located.


  • Show in a read only manner what the values for the various registry settings it sets are.
