XCLN: Exchange Client Slow to Start When WSP Client Enabled

SYMPTOMS

Microsoft Exchange Client is slow to start when the Microsoft Winsock Proxy Client is enabled.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange version 4.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
