CAUSEThe allocated buffer to hold the length of the domain's primary domain controller (PDC) name is too small. A PDC machine name with a length of 14 characters or more will overrun the buffer and corrupt the stack, causing heap corruption and the access violation. WORKAROUND
To correct this behavior, do one of the following:

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 5.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
