XWEB: Unable to Access Subfolder of Calendar Folder in OWA

SYMPTOMS

If a folder containing appointment items, such as the default Calendar folder, contains subfolders, then you cannot access these subfolders through Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA).

CAUSE

In OWA, the frame containing the mailbox folder list is hidden when you are viewing folders that contain appointment items.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook Web Access version 5.5. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
