SYMPTOMS
This is a problem specific to the Korean display name of SMTP messages.
When an SMTP message is replicated to public folder, the From field is
displayed and printed incorrectly. For example, original SMTP message in a
public folder displays
But the replicated SMTP message is displayed as
and printed as
CAUSEThe wrong code page is used for the display if the sender name field has names that are not ASCII compatible. STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 5.0.
