MSHELP

The MSHELP e-mail alias allows customers to send e-mail messages to receive Knowledge Base articles and other pre-packaged content. Any public Knowledge Base article can be obtained by sending e-mail to the MSHELP@Microsoft.com alias. Also, an index of selected articles, article lists, and other pre-packaged content is available. Support engineers can offer MSHELP as an option for customers who need Knowledge Base articles quickly and may not have a fax machine readily available. Information can be obtained from MSHELP by sending a blank e-mail to the MSHELP@microsoft.com alias.
