Two methods are described below for disabling the Design Form feature in
Outlook. With the first method, you use the Registry Editor, Regedit, to
create a new registry key. The second method is for system administrators
creating custom installation packages for Outlook by using the Outlook
Deployment Kit (ODK).
WARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved.
