SYMPTOMSAfter you install Microsoft Outlook 98 from an installation point created with the Microsoft Outlook Deployment Wizard (ODW), the menu items listed under the Microsoft on the Web Help menu may be disabled. CAUSEThe following line in Outlk98.adm, which is included with the Microsoft Outlook 98 Deployment Kit (ODK), is missing an ending quote:
This syntax error causes the following invalid entry to be added to the
registry of a client workstation:

To resolve this behavior, perform the following steps from the computer on
which the ODK is installed:
To correct this problem on a client workstation, edit the registry using the following steps: WARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. For information about how to edit the registry, view the "Changing Keys And Values" Help topic in Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) or the "Add and Delete Information in the Registry" and "Edit Registry Data" Help topics in Regedt32.exe. Note that you should back up the registry before you edit it.
