XCLN: Outlook 98 Conflict Message Received

SUMMARY

After a server move, Microsoft Outlook 98 users may receive error messages that display the following subject:

Conflict Message: 'Meeting Title'

These are issued for appointments that have their reminder messages dismissed by the user before the user's offline folders (.ost file) are fully synchronized with the Exchange Server computer. See the Move Server Wizard documentation for information on deleting offline folder files after the move.

Users should select the newest appointment listed in the message and choose Keep This Item.
