SYMPTOMS

You are unable to delete birthday and anniversary information from a contact using the Microsoft Outlook Web Access client.


WORKAROUND

Delete these items using the standard Outlook client.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook Web Access.
