SYMPTOMS
When a message that originates from a Macintosh client is processed through the
Internet Mail Service, if the name of the attachment includes a set of
double quotes, the Internet Mail Service adds another set to the file name.
CAUSEThe Internet Mail Service incorrectly recognizes the quotes as part of the filename. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server version 5.5. For additional information, please see the following article in the
