SYMPTOMSWhen Exchange Server issues Japanese Industry Standard (JIS) shift character set commands, the correct naming context is not set properly, thereby displaying the wrong characters. CAUSEWhen a shift character set command is issued but is currently in the wrong context, Exchange Server does not switch to the correct naming context for the character shift.
