SYMPTOMSThe custom recipient's display name might be corrupted during a directory synchronization (dirsync) between Lotus Notes server and Exchange Server over a WAN connection. CAUSEWhen Lsdxa is handling buffers transferring from a writer to a reader (two sides of the Directory Exchange Agent [DXA]), the source pointer is miscalculated to a position that is one character off when handling escape characters. The fix re-adjusts it back to the right position. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server version 5.5.
