SYMPTOMSThe following problem may occur when trying to send a Web page. You may be unable to send a Web page using the send Page by E-mail command in Microsoft Internet Explorer. The page is sent as a URL attachment to the message instead of being sent as an HTML document embedded in the message. CAUSEThis can happen if you have not set the default message format to HTML. MORE INFORMATIONWhen viewing a Web page in Internet Explorer, you can send the page to a someone else. You can send the Web page either as a link, or as an Web page embedded in the mail message. If you send the Web page using the Link by E-mail command, a new message opens with a link to the Web page added as an attachment. If you send the page using the Page by E-mail command, a new message opens with the Web page embedded in the message body. In either case, you address the message and send to the recepient.
