BUG: ON ERROR Statement Not Executed in Browse of TableID: Q139768 The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSAn ON ERROR routine in a Browse command is ignored and a system error message dialog box is returned instead. When code is executed that does essentially the same thing, the ON ERROR routine works correctly.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
