MORE INFORMATIONTo obtain a version of the Help compiler, download Hcwsetup.exe, a self-extracting file, from the following ftp address: ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/softlib/mslfiles/Select the file entitled Hcwsetup.exe and save it to a folder on your hard drive.
