The On-line Help for Visual FoxPro 6.0 does not contain a complete list of
the collate sequences available in the product.

Following is a list of collate sequences and code pages supported by Visual
FoxPro 6.0. The first list is the code pages and collate sequences
introduced in FoxPro 2.5b for Windows. This list does not appear in the
Visual FoxPro 6.0 Help file.
