To improve the synchronization performance between an H/PC and a desktop computer, use any of the following suggestions:

  • Archive information in Microsoft Outlook 97 or Microsoft Schedule+. For information about archiving appointments, see Microsoft Outlook 97 Help or Microsoft Schedule+ Help.


  • Delete tasks you complete.


  • Keep fewer past appointments.


  • On the H/PC, quit Microsoft Pocket Outlook.


  • Synchronize frequently.


  • Use one address card for a group of people (such as a family living at the same address) instead of one card for each person.
