E-mail Messages Are Not Saved in the Sent Items Folder

SYMPTOMS

When you send an e-mail message in Microsoft Pocket Outlook, a copy of the e-mail message may not be saved in the Sent Items folder.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur when you synchronize your Handheld PC (H/PC) with a desktop computer to send e-mail messages. Note that the e-mail message is saved on the desktop computer to conserve space on your H/PC.
