Cannot Synchronize H/PC After You Cancel a Print Job

SYMPTOMS

When you cancel a print job in Microsoft Windows CE, you may be unable to synchronize your Handheld PC (H/PC) with your desktop computer.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the program that sent the print job is still running.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, quit the program that sent the print job.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows CE, version 2.0.
