CAUSEThis behavior can occur if the WaitV2TimeoutSeconds registry Dword value is not configured correctly on the desktop computer. RESOLUTION
WARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that
may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot
guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor
can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows CE ServicesNOTE: The maximum Value Data entry is 10 and the default Value Data entry is 4. If you increase the Value Data entry to greater than 10, the H/PC may fail to synchronize properly. Additional query words:
