WinCE: Graphic Is Not Printed in Pocket Word Document

• Microsoft Pocket Word, version 2.0

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to print a large graphic in a Microsoft Pocket Word document, the graphic may not be printed, and no error message may be displayed.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if not enough memory is available to print the graphic.

RESOLUTION

You may be able to resolve this issue by increasing the amount of storage memory on the Handheld PC (H/PC). To do so, follow these steps:

1. Tap Start, tap Settings, tap Control Panel, and then double-tap System.



2. Tap the Memory tab, and then move the Storage Memory slider to the right.



3. Tap OK.
