Cannot Use Schedule+ to Respond to a Meeting Request on an H/PC

SYMPTOMS

When you synchronize a meeting request in Microsoft Pocket Outlook with Microsoft Schedule+, you may not be able to respond to the request using Schedule+ from your desktop computer.


CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you receive the meeting request on your Handheld PC (H/PC), and then synchronize your H/PC with your desktop computer.


RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, respond to the meeting request using Pocket Outlook from your H/PC.


STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed in the applies to section of this article.
