Graphics in Pocket PowerPoint Slides Are Not Displayed Correctly

SYMPTOMS

When you synchronize a Microsoft PowerPoint file to a Handheld PC (H/PC), some graphics may have inconsistent coloring around the edges.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if Pocket PowerPoint cannot determine the correct size of the graphic.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, change the size of the graphic in Microsoft PowerPoint, and then synchronize the file with the H/PC.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
