Currently, Windows CE is available in the following languages (released to Original Equipment Manufacturers [OEMs]):

Brazilian Portuguese

French

German

Italian

Japanese

Neutral Spanish (Spain and Latin America)

Eastern European, Arabic, and Hebrew languages are not currently available.

Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) can easily develop custom programs in any language for which there is operating system support (except Japanese).
