Graphics Lost When You Convert a Pocket Word Document to HTML

SYMPTOMS

When you convert a Microsoft Pocket Word document to Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) format on a desktop computer, any graphics contained in the document may be lost.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if a converter included in Microsoft Office 97 is missing or damaged.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, download and install Microsoft Office 97 Service Release (SR-1) Patch. For information about how to download and install Office 97 SR-1, please visit the following Microsoft Web site:
