SYMPTOMS

When you open a Dial-Up Connection dialog box, and then start another program on a Palm-size PC (P/PC), you may receive the following error message when you attempt to gain access to the Dial-Up Connection dialog box again:

There currently is a connection established. Disconnect it and then try again.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, tap OK, and then tap Show The Desktop on the taskbar.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed in the applies to section of this article.
