Reoccurring Appointment Times Are One Hour Off

SYMPTOMS

Reoccurring appointment times may be off by one hour after you synchronize your Handheld PC (H/PC) with your desktop computer using Microsoft Schedule+.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, do not use Schedule+ as your primary scheduling tool.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with Windows CE Services versions 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2.

MORE INFORMATION

To work around this behavior once it has occurred, remove all instances of the reoccurring appointment from Schedule+ and re-create the appointments.

Note that the same behavior does not occur with one-time appointments.
