Unable to Run Microsoft Entertainment Pack for Windows CE Games

SYMPTOMS

When you try to run one of the games included in the Entertainment Pack for Windows CE version 1.0 or 1.0a on your Microsoft Windows CE device, your Windows CE device may stop responding (hang), or you may receive the following error message:

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you are trying to run one of these games on a Windows CE version 2.0 or higher device. The Entertainment Pack for Windows CE version 1.0 or 1.0a only works with a Windows CE version 1.x device.
