Pocket Internet Explorer Does Not Support ActiveX Objects

• Microsoft Windows CE versions 1.0, 2.0, 2.1, 2.11 for the Handheld PC

SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Pocket Internet Explorer to visit a Web site that uses ActiveX controls, you may see only a blank page or a blank portion of the page where an ActiveX control is located.

CAUSE

ActiveX objects are not supported in Pocket Internet Explorer.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
