CAUSEThe transition out of daylight savings time on the mobile device occurs on the first Sunday of March. In the Australian cities of Adelaide, Hobart, Melbourne, and Sydney, daylight savings time ends on the last Sunday of March. This is recorded incorrectly on the mobile device. RESOLUTIONA supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely affected by this
specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next update
