Error Message Installing AT&T Worldnet for Windows CE

SYMPTOMS

When you are installing AT&T Worldnet Services for Windows CE software, you may receive the following error message:

Cannot load or find PPCLOAD.DLL, which is required for installation. Please ensure PPCLOAD.DLL is available in the current path

CAUSE

The AT&T Worldnet Services for Windows CE program is not compatible with the StrongARM RISC processor used in some Windows CE-based devices.

RESOLUTION

Please contact AT&T Worldnet Technical Support about the program's compatibility on different platforms.
