SYMPTOMS

When you open a PowerPoint 2000 file in Pocket PowerPoint, the Pocket PowerPoint presentation may be displayed as a black screen. Or, the first page of the presentation may appear correctly, and the following pages may be black.

CAUSE

Your Handheld PC (H/PC) device, powered by Windows CE 2.0, may require a service release update.
