File or Folder with the Euro Symbol in Its Name Is Not Copied

SYMPTOMS

When you drag a file or folder whose name contains the euro currency symbol from your desktop computer to your mobile device (by dragging it to the Mobile Device window), nothing happens, and you receive no error message.

CAUSE

The problem is related to the code pages used by the operating system.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, rename the file or folder so that its name does not contain the euro symbol before dragging it to your mobile device.
