SUMMARY

After you install the SideWinder game pad software, a Gaming Devices icon replaces the standard Joystick icon in Control Panel.

MORE INFORMATION

The standard Joy.cpl file from Windows 95/98 is replaced by a version of the file that is included with SideWinder game pad.

The Gaming Devices tool supports the testing of both the SideWinder 3D Pro and SideWinder game pad, as well as the testing and calibrating of other third-party gaming input devices.
