MNK Pro: Computer Stops Responding (Hangs) When You Press the Sleep Hot Key

SYMPTOMS

When you press the Sleep Hot Key on the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro, your computer may stop responding (hang).

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:

• A device in your computer is not working properly.



• You place the computer in Standby mode, wake the computer, and then press the Sleep Hot Key.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use Device Manager to troubleshoot possible hardware configuration problems on your computer.
