MNK Pro: Default E-mail Program Is Not Detected by IntelliType Software

SYMPTOMS

Your default e-mail program may not appear in the list of e-mail programs detected by the Microsoft IntelliType Pro software.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if either of the following e-mail programs is your default e-mail program:

America Online AOL Mail, version 2.5

America Online AOL Mail, version 3.0

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, upgrade to America Online AOL Mail version 4.0 or later.

NOTE:The Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro and Microsoft IntelliType Pro software require America Online AOL Mail version 4.0 or later for the Internet Hot Keys to work properly.
