MNK Pro: Healthy Computing Guide Is Not Displayed Properly

SYMPTOMS

When you open the Online User's Guide for the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro, the Healthy Computing Guide may not be displayed properly.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.02 or earlier is installed on your computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install an Internet browser that supports Dynamic Hypertext Markup Language (Dynamic HTML or DHTML). When you are prompted to set the browser to be the default browser, click Yes.

NOTE: If you choose not to perform this check in the future and then click No, you are no longer prompted to set the browser to be the default browser.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro version 1.0.
