Vertical & Horizontal Tile Don't Move Arrangement as Expected

SUMMARY

The Vertical Tile and Horizontal Tile functions of the Microsoft IntelliType Task Manager do not consistently tile open applications. Depending on the specific number of applications open, horizontal and vertical tiling may generate the same graphical arrangement.
