SYMPTOMS

When you design a form in Microsoft Outlook 97 or Microsoft Outlook 98, you cannot use the Microsoft IntelliMouse wheel to scroll through the form design window.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft IntelliPoint software, version 2.2.
