SYMPTOMSWhen you uninstall the IntelliPoint software version 2.2 on a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based computer, your serial pointing device may no longer work. CAUSEThis issue can occur if the default Windows NT mouse drivers are not reenabled when the IntelliPoint drivers are removed. RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, enable the default serial mouse driver in Windows
NT. To do this, follow these steps:
