IntelliPoint 2.2: Expedia Street Map Zooms When You Roll Wheel

SYMPTOMS

When you roll the wheel in Expedia Streets 98, instead of scrolling a window, the map may zoom in or out.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if you enable the Univeral Scrolling feature in the IntelliPoint 2.2 software.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, click the window where you want to scroll, and then roll the wheel.

NOTE: This problem does not occur in Windows 98 and Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with Expedia Streets 98 and the IntelliPoint software version 2.2 in Windows 95.
